Question 1

How durable is the galvanized steel, and will it rust?

Accepted Answer

The beds are made from galvanized steel, which provides excellent rust resistance for outdoor use. However, as noted in some user reviews, the galvanization can be thin at the cut edges and connection points. Minor surface rust spots may appear over several seasons, especially in wet climates. This doesn't typically affect structural integrity. For longest life, avoid constantly soggy soil and consider applying a clear sealant to the cut edges during assembly.

Question 2

Are these truly easy to assemble for one person?

Accepted Answer

Yes, most customers report very straightforward, tool-free assembly in under 30 minutes. The panels slot into the corner brackets and are secured with pins. That said, a few YouTube DIYers recommend having a second person help align the long sides to make the process even smoother. Be cautious of the panel edges during handling, as they can be sharp.

Question 3

I'm worried about the sides bulging once filled with soil. Is that an issue?

Accepted Answer

This is a common concern raised on gardening forums. The panels are sturdy, but under the heavy pressure of wet soil, some outward bowing can occur. To prevent this, many experienced gardeners recommend reinforcing the beds by driving a stake into the ground on the outside of each long panel midpoint. This simple, low-cost step significantly increases rigidity and peace of mind.

Question 4

What's the actual size and how much soil do I need?

Accepted Answer

Each bed measures approximately 3 feet long by 2 feet wide by 1 foot deep (interior dimensions). This is ideal for herbs, flowers, lettuce, or shallow-rooted veggies. For a single bed, you'll need about 6 cubic feet of soil (or about 8-9 standard bags). Remember, it's a set of three separate beds, perfect for crop rotation or organizing different plant types.

Question 5

What if I receive a damaged product or have missing parts?

Accepted Answer

While the vast majority of kits arrive complete and in good condition, packaging issues can happen. We recommend inspecting all contents upon delivery. If any parts are damaged or missing, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and photos. To expedite a resolution, many TikTok reviewers suggest reaching out via direct message on social media as well as email.
