Question 1

Will this headset work with my PS5 or Nintendo Switch without extra adapters?

Accepted Answer

Yes—the 2.4GHz USB dongle plugs directly into PS5, PS4, PC, and Mac. For the Nintendo Switch, simply dock it and use the dongle, or connect via Bluetooth 5.3 in handheld mode. Many gamers on Reddit confirmed it switches between platforms smoothly.

Question 2

How comfortable is this for people who wear glasses?

Accepted Answer

The ear cushions are soft and memory-foam filled, with decent depth to avoid pressing glasses frames into your head. Several TikTok reviewers with glasses noted they could game for 3–4 hours without discomfort. Still, if you have a larger head, consider loosening the headband slightly before long sessions.

Question 3

Is the 100-hour battery life accurate?

Accepted Answer

In real-world testing, you’ll get about 70–80 hours when using Bluetooth constantly or gaming at higher volumes. The 100-hour claim holds up if you use 2.4GHz mode and keep volume at moderate levels. Either way, it easily lasts a week of heavy gaming without charging.

Question 4

Can I use the microphone with my phone or is it only for PC/console?

Accepted Answer

The mic works with any Bluetooth device including phones and tablets. However, some mobile users found the mic picks up background noise more than dedicated gaming headsets. If you’re taking calls in a quiet room, it sounds clear—but noisy environments may require lowering sensitivity via your device’s settings.

Question 5

What should I do if the USB dongle breaks or gets lost?

Accepted Answer

Acer offers replacement dongles through their support site. In the meantime, you can still use Bluetooth mode with any device except PS5 (which requires the 2.4GHz dongle for low latency). Many buyers keep a small case or USB cap on the dongle when not in use to avoid losing it.
