Question 1

How many meals per day can I schedule, and can I adjust the portion size?

Accepted Answer

You can set 1 to 6 meals per day, with 1–20 portions per meal (approx. 7–9 g per serving). Reviewers confirm the portion size can be set individually and that the timer settings are reliable.

Question 2

Is the feeder easy to program and set up?

Accepted Answer

The manufacturer provides a step-by-step quick guide (unlock screen, set time, set meals, portions, recording, manual feeding, reset). Some reviewers found programming a bit cumbersome but manageable with the manual, while others describe programming as simple and intuitive.

Question 3

How is the feeder powered, and what happens during a power failure?

Accepted Answer

It runs either via a Type-C cable or with 3 Type D batteries (not included) as a backup; if the power supply fails, it continues to work and saves the settings. One reviewer noted the batteries last a very long time.

Question 4

Can I record my own voice to call my pet to eat?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can record a voice message of up to 10 seconds by holding the record button for 3 seconds until you hear a "DI" tone; the red light comes on and recording begins. One reviewer noted the voice command is clear and fairly loud.

Question 5

How much food does the container hold, and is it suitable for trips away?

Accepted Answer

The container holds 4 litres and is intended for small and medium-sized animals, with a semi-transparent design so you can check the remaining food and refill in time; the listing describes it as perfect for short trips or weekends. One reviewer used it so their cat sitter did not need to visit four times a day while they were on holiday.
