Question 1

What is the actual cosmetic condition I should expect with a "Renewed" iPhone 16 Pro Max?

Accepted Answer

Our "Renewed" devices are professionally inspected, cleaned, and tested to ensure full functionality. They are in excellent condition, but as noted in many user reviews, they may have minor cosmetic imperfections like light scratches or scuffs that do not affect performance. We recommend this option if you prioritize top-tier performance and value over a pristine, out-of-the-box appearance.

Question 2

How is the battery health, and is it guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Every renewed iPhone 16 Pro Max undergoes a rigorous diagnostic, including a battery health check. Based on social listening, we know battery life is a key concern. We guarantee a minimum battery health capacity that ensures all-day performance. The exact percentage is listed on the product page at the time of purchase, so you can buy with confidence.

Question 3

Is this T-Mobile iPhone 16 Pro Max unlocked, and will it work with my carrier?

Accepted Answer

This device is configured for T-Mobile's network. While it is often already unlocked, we strongly recommend you contact T-Mobile directly to confirm unlock status and compatibility before purchasing, especially if you plan to use it with an MVNO (like Mint or Metro) or travel internationally. This proactive step, frequently suggested by experienced buyers on forums, prevents potential activation hassles.

Question 4

What's included in the box, and are the accessories genuine?

Accepted Answer

Your phone will come with a charging cable and a SIM tool. To offer this sustainable product at its best value, we include high-quality, MFi-certified (Made for iPhone) accessories. As some YouTube reviewers have pointed out, this means you may not receive original Apple-branded cables, but all included accessories are fully tested for safety and compatibility.

Question 5

What if I receive the phone and have an issue or am not satisfied?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our renewed products with a customer-friendly return policy and a warranty that covers functional issues. If you're not satisfied with the condition or if any performance issues arise, you can initiate a return or replacement. We advise reviewing the specific warranty details on the product page, as a clear understanding of the process—a common pre-purchase question—ensures a smooth experience.
