Question 1

How long does it take to feel the effects, and what should I expect?

Accepted Answer

Most users report noticing subtle effects like improved energy and mood within 1-2 weeks, with more pronounced benefits—such as enhanced stress resilience and libido—accumulating over 3-4 weeks of consistent use. It's not an instant "jolt"; think of it as a gradual return to balance. A common piece of advice from long-term users is to be patient through the initial adaptation period.

Question 2

What's the best time to take this supplement, and can it affect sleep?

Accepted Answer

We recommend taking one capsule with your morning meal. Taking it too late in the day can lead to overstimulation for some, as many Reddit users have shared experiences of disrupted sleep when dosing in the afternoon. Taking it with food also helps minimize any potential stomach discomfort.

Question 3

Is this product suitable for women, and what are the benefits?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. While often marketed towards men, Tongkat Ali is adaptogenic and benefits both genders. Female users frequently mention experiencing its positive effects on energy levels, mood stabilization, and stress response. As with any new supplement, we advise consulting with your healthcare provider, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have specific health conditions.

Question 4

Is this a standardized extract? What does the "1500mg" refer to?

Accepted Answer

Our supplement contains a potent blend of Longjack root powder and extract. The "1500mg" refers to the total amount of this proprietary blend per serving (two capsules). For those comparing labels, it's important to note that different brands use different standardization methods. Our formulation is designed for efficacy, and the strong user feedback on sustained energy and vitality speaks to its quality.

Question 5

I experienced mild stomach upset. Is this normal, and what's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Some sensitive individuals may experience mild digestive discomfort when starting any new supplement. This usually subsides within a few days. We recommend ensuring you take it with a meal. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we stand by our product with a customer-friendly return policy. Please contact our support team directly via your order confirmation email, and we'll be happy to assist you.
