Question 1

Is this pure coffee, or does it contain sugar and milk powder?

Accepted Answer

This is a premix powder, meaning it contains instant coffee, milk solids, and sugar all in one blend. It's designed to create a sweet, milky coffee instantly by just adding hot water. If you're looking for pure, unsweetened coffee, this may not be the right product for you.

Question 2

I'll be using it manually at home, not in a vending machine. Will it work well?

Accepted Answer

While it can be used manually, it's primarily formulated for high-volume vending machines. Some manual users have reported that it requires vigorous stirring to dissolve completely and can sometimes clump. For best results at home, use very hot water and whisk thoroughly. Many TikTok users seeking a manual option suggest starting with a small quantity to test if the consistency and sweetness suit your taste.

Question 3

How does the taste compare to other popular instant coffees like Nescafé?

Accepted Answer

ATLANTIS Kadak is a sweetened premix, so its taste profile is different from pure instant black coffee. It produces a consistently sweet, milky, and moderately strong beverage. If you enjoy customizing the sugar and milk levels in your coffee, a pure instant coffee might offer more control. This product is favored for its convenience and cost-effectiveness in settings where a standardized, ready-to-drink sweet coffee is desired.

Question 4

Is it truly good value for money?

Accepted Answer

Value depends on your use case. It's widely considered excellent value for commercial or high-volume use (e.g., offices, stalls, vending machines) due to its low cost per cup. For individual home use, opinions are divided. While the price per kilogram is low, some users feel the taste doesn't justify the purchase, suggesting buying a smaller pack first to see if it matches your preference is a wise approach.

Question 5

What is your return policy if I don't like the product after trying it?

Accepted Answer

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns on opened food products. We strongly encourage reviewing the product description and ingredients carefully before purchasing. If you are trying ATLANTIS Kadak for the first time, consider the 1kg bag as a commitment. Based on social feedback, new users unsure about the taste sometimes seek out smaller retail packs locally for a trial before committing to the larger, more economical bag.
