Question 1

Is there really no fishy aftertaste? I’ve seen mixed comments about that.

Accepted Answer

Most users say these capsules are very gentle—many report zero fishy burps or aftertaste. However, a small number of people do notice a mild aftertaste, especially if taken on an empty stomach or with acidic drinks. For best results, take them with a meal containing some fat (like toast with butter or yogurt). The enteric coating helps, but individual body chemistry varies.

Question 2

How long does it take to see results for joint or skin benefits?

Accepted Answer

Some users notice less joint stiffness after 3–4 weeks, especially with consistent daily use. For hair and skin improvements, results are more variable—many see a subtle difference within 4–6 weeks, while others see no change. This product is a maintenance-level supplement (not a therapeutic dose), so expect gradual, gentle support rather than a quick fix.

Question 3

Are these capsules easy to swallow? I’m sensitive to pill size.

Accepted Answer

The softgels are larger than a standard multivitamin but smaller than most high-strength fish oil capsules. A typical size comparison: about the length of a pea. If you struggle with larger pills, you can try taking them with a sip of water, tilting your head forward slightly (not backward) to swallow. Many first-time users manage fine, but if you have a strong gag reflex, you might want to buy a trial bottle first.

Question 4

Can I get a refund if I don’t like them? What’s the return policy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the manufacturer offers a money-back guarantee on unopened or partially used bottles within 30 days of purchase (exact terms depend on the retailer you buy from). If you buy through Amazon, you’re covered by their standard 30-day return policy. A few TikTok users have mentioned success with requesting a refund after trying one bottle and not seeing results—just save your receipt and contact customer support directly.

Question 5

Is this better than other budget omega-3 brands? What’s the catch?

Accepted Answer

The main advantage is the “no fishy aftertaste” claim (which holds true for most people) and the competitive price for 1000mg per capsule. However, the trade-off is potency: each cap has only 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA, which is lower than premium brands like Nordic Naturals or Viva Naturals. If you need higher EPA/DHA for serious joint or brain support, you may need to take 2–3 capsules daily. For general wellness and mild joint comfort at a low price, this is a solid choice.
