Question 1

Is the color shift as dramatic as it appears in promotional videos and photos?

Accepted Answer

The GREEN INDIGO shade offers a beautiful metallic shimmer with a subtle color shift that is more noticeable in direct light. While intensely pigmented, the multichrome effect is softer than some heavily filtered social media content may suggest. Think of it as a vibrant, shimmery liner with a captivating dimensional glow rather than a stark, two-tone shift.

Question 2

I have oily or hooded eyelids. Will this eyeliner smudge or transfer?

Accepted Answer

Many users with normal to dry eyelids report excellent long-wear. However, based on social listening, those with particularly oily lids have noted some transfer, especially in the crease. For best results, we recommend using an eyeshadow primer and setting your eyelid area with powder before application to enhance its staying power.

Question 3

How do I prevent the ultra-fine tip from drying out or clogging?

Accepted Answer

A common tip from experienced users is to store the liner horizontally and ensure the cap is clicked on tightly after every use. If the tip seems dry, gently wiping it with a tissue can sometimes help. The formula is designed to be long-wearing, which can lead to quicker drying at the tip if not sealed properly.

Question 4

What is your return policy if the product doesn't meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt with your order details. We'll gladly help you with a refund or exchange. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, used makeup products must be in lightly swatched or unused condition for a return.

Question 5

Who would you say this eyeliner is best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This liner is perfect for anyone wanting to add a pop of intense, shimmery color to their makeup look. It's ideal for makeup lovers seeking a precise, glittery wing for concerts, parties, or a fun night out. If you're specifically searching for an extreme, high-contrast multichrome effect, you might prefer a specialized eyeshadow applied with a liner brush.
