Question 1

Is the 120-minute runtime accurate for cleaning carpets and pet hair?

Accepted Answer

The 120-minute runtime is achieved using both batteries on the lowest suction setting. For tougher jobs like deep-cleaning carpets or picking up pet hair, we recommend the medium or high setting, which provides stronger suction but reduces battery life. Most users find a single battery lasts 25-35 minutes on high power, making the second battery essential for larger cleaning sessions.

Question 2

How durable is the vacuum, especially the self-standing mechanism and brush roll?

Accepted Answer

The vacuum is designed for daily home use. The self-standing feature works best on level floors. While the brush roll is engineered to resist tangles, users with very long hair or multiple pets have noted that some maintenance (like occasionally cutting wrapped hair) helps maintain peak performance. For longevity, we advise avoiding knocking the main body against furniture.

Question 3

Can I purchase replacement batteries, filters, or other parts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, replacement parts like batteries, HEPA filters, and brush rolls are available for purchase. You can find them through the seller's official storefront on this marketplace. We recommend checking the product listing's "Frequently Bought Together" section or contacting the seller directly for specific part numbers and availability.

Question 4

Is this vacuum suitable for a large, multi-surface home with pets?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Its strong 45KPA suction and motorized brush make it highly effective on hard floors, carpets, and for lifting embedded pet hair. The dual-battery system is a key feature for larger homes, allowing you to swap batteries and clean without long recharge breaks. Many TikTok and Reddit users with pets specifically praise its pickup power for fur.

Question 5

What if I have an issue with my vacuum or need support?

Accepted Answer

Your purchase is backed by the seller's warranty, typically detailed on the product listing. For the fastest support, please use the marketplace's messaging system to contact the seller directly with your order ID. To ensure a prompt response, many reviewers suggest being clear and detailed about any issue in your first message.
