Question 1

How many capsules do I need to take per day?

Accepted Answer

The listing describes 60 servings of 1,000mg creatine, with 120 capsules at 500mg each, so a 1,000mg serving would be two capsules. One reviewer noted each capsule delivers 1,000mg, which conflicts with the listing's 500mg per capsule figure.

Question 2

Does this creatine have a taste?

Accepted Answer

It is listed as unflavored, and reviewers report very little to no taste, though one noted it can be noticeable if mixed with only 8 ounces of water and barely noticeable with 16 ounces or more or in a protein drink.

Question 3

Does it dissolve well in drinks?

Accepted Answer

One reviewer reported it dissolves well in beverages, while another mentioned it can clump a bit, which can be helped by storing it in a dry, cool place with extra desiccant packs.

Question 4

Is this product vegan and free of fillers?

Accepted Answer

The listing states the capsules contain only micronized creatine powder with no added fillers in vegetarian-safe capsules, and that it is not synthesized from animal sources, making it suitable for vegetarians and those in ketosis. A reviewer also confirmed the formula is vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and contains no fillers or stimulants.

Question 5

Is it easy to take compared to powder?

Accepted Answer

A reviewer said the capsules make it easy to manage a daily dose without the mess of powder, and another described the capsules as small and easy to swallow.
