Question 1

Is the suction powerful enough for things like pet hair or cereal crumbs?

Accepted Answer

This vacuum excels at fine debris like dust, keyboard crumbs, and craft glitter. However, based on user feedback, its suction is designed for small, lightweight particles. It may struggle with embedded pet hair on upholstery or larger, heavier crumbs. It's perfect for daily desk, keyboard, and car console maintenance, but not for deep-cleaning carpets or furniture.

Question 2

What's the deal with the charging cable? Does it come with one?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it comes with a charging cable. It's important to note that it uses a micro-USB connector, not the newer USB-C. Many TikTok and Reddit users have mentioned this, so you'll need a standard micro-USB port or block to charge it. It cannot be used while plugged in; it's a cordless device that requires pre-charging.

Question 3

How long does the battery last, and who is this best suited for?

Accepted Answer

On a full charge, it provides about 15-20 minutes of continuous runtime, which is ample for quick clean-up sessions. It's a hit with specific groups: office workers cleaning keyboards, crafters managing glitter/beads, gamers tidying consoles, and car owners for quick interior touch-ups. It's a specialized tool for small, dry messes, not a replacement for your main vacuum.

Question 4

How durable is it? I've seen comments about the attachments feeling flimsy.

Accepted Answer

The main unit has a solid build based on most reviews. The detachable brush head is designed to be lightweight for maneuverability. Some users on social media suggest applying gentle pressure to avoid popping it off accidentally. For its price and intended light-duty use—cleaning delicate electronics and surfaces—it holds up well with normal care.

Question 5

What is your return policy if it doesn't meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

We offer a standard 30-day return window for any reason. If the product is defective, please contact our after-sales support team via the seller portal on Amazon for a replacement or refund. Many reviewers found it reliable for tasks like cleaning pianos and computers, but if you feel it's not the right fit for your needs, our return process is straightforward.
