Question 1

Is the base sturdy enough to prevent this tall lamp from tipping over?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. This is one of the most consistently praised features. The base is intentionally heavy and substantial. Users on Reddit and in reviews frequently mention how stable it is, even with the long arc extended, making it safe for households with kids or pets.

Question 2

I'm worried about assembly. How difficult is it to put together?

Accepted Answer

The assembly is tool-free and the parts connect easily, but the included instructions can be unclear. The consensus from YouTube unboxings and reviews is to take your time during the initial step of connecting the arc arms. Once past that, it's straightforward—just screw in the bulbs and clip on the shade. Most people manage it in 20-30 minutes.

Question 3

What is the gray linen shade like, and can I replace the bulbs easily?

Accepted Answer

The shade gives a soft, diffused modern look. A few users note it's a single layer of linen, so it's not ultra-thick. The bulbs are standard E26 size and included (3x 1000 LM LEDs). If you need to replace them years down the line, any standard E26 bulb will work, and the dimmer function is compatible with most dimmable LEDs.

Question 4

What are the exact dimensions, and how do I know if it will fit my space?

Accepted Answer

The lamp is a statement piece. It stands about 71 inches tall, with an arc width of approximately 43 inches. Before purchasing, we recommend measuring your floor space and ceiling height. A common tip from buyers is to use a tape measure to visualize the arc's sweep next to your sofa or reading chair to ensure it won't feel overwhelming.

Question 5

What if it arrives damaged or I don't like it after setting it up?

Accepted Answer

We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery. While rare, shipping damage can occur. If there's any issue, please contact our customer support immediately for a replacement part or solution. The product is also covered by a standard return policy if you decide it's not for you—just check the specific terms on the product page at the time of your purchase.
