Question 1

Do these sandals run true to size, and are they suitable for wide feet?

Accepted Answer

Most users find the sizing consistent with standard shoe sizes, but note that the fit can vary slightly between colorways. If you have wide feet, we recommend ordering a half size up—several reviews mention the toe box can feel snug for wider feet. Many TikTok reviewers also suggest checking the size chart before ordering and reading recent reviews for the specific color you’re eyeing.

Question 2

Is the arch support strong enough for plantar fasciitis or long hikes?

Accepted Answer

The arch support offers mild to moderate support, which works well for flat feet or casual walking. However, if you have high arches or plantar fasciitis, you may find it insufficient for all-day wear or rugged trails. For serious hiking or foot conditions, some Reddit users recommend upgrading to brands like Teva or Chaco. These sandals are best for light hiking, travel, and everyday use rather than heavy-duty adventures.

Question 3

How durable are the straps and sole with regular use?

Accepted Answer

For the price, durability is good—most users report several months of comfortable wear. That said, a minority of long-term reviews mention the straps can loosen or the glue can weaken after 3–6 months of daily use. The cushioning also tends to compress faster than premium brands. If you plan to wear them every day, consider them a budget-friendly seasonal option. For occasional use, they hold up well.

Question 4

Can these be used for actual water activities, and how’s the traction on wet surfaces?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they dry quickly and drain water well, making them great for the beach, pool, or light water sports. However, traction on wet rocks or slick boat decks has received mixed feedback—some users found them slippery. For anything beyond wading or light water walking, you might want a dedicated water shoe with more aggressive grip. For casual use, they perform fine.

Question 5

What’s the return and refund process like if they don’t fit?

Accepted Answer

DREAM PAIRS offers a standard 30-day return policy for unworn sandals in original packaging. Many buyers say the process is straightforward, with prepaid return labels available. Quick tip from social media: if you’re unsure between two sizes, ordering both and returning one is common and hassle-free. Just make sure you review the specific return window for your region, as it can vary.
