Question 1

How do I choose the right eartip size for my ears?

Accepted Answer

Many users on TikTok and Reddit recommend starting with the medium size, then trying smaller or larger depending on fit. A secure seal without pain is key—if they fall out when you move your head, go bigger. If they feel like they’re stretching your ear canal, size down. For most people, the small and medium work best for sleeping, while large is better for concerts or loud environments.

Question 2

Will these earplugs block out a snoring partner or loud neighbors completely?

Accepted Answer

They’ll significantly reduce noise but won’t create total silence. Think of them as a 25–30 dB noise reducer rather than a noise canceler. In real-world feedback, they work well for ambient sounds like traffic or AC hum, but sharp noises like snoring or a barking dog may still be noticeable. For deeper sleep, combine them with a white noise machine or fan.

Question 3

Are these earplugs comfortable for all-night use or long flights?

Accepted Answer

The soft silicone material is designed for extended wear, and many users find them comfortable for 6–8 hours. However, a few reviews note mild soreness after more than 4 hours if the eartip doesn’t match your ear shape perfectly. We recommend testing all 4 sizes before a full night’s sleep. The memory foam alternative (not included) is often preferred for side sleepers, but these are a solid choice for back sleepers and travelers.

Question 4

How durable are the earplugs and the case?

Accepted Answer

The silicone eartips should last 2–3 months with regular cleaning (wash with mild soap and water, air dry). Some users on YouTube have reported tearing after a few weeks, so avoid pinching or stretching them aggressively. The carrying case is functional but not heavy-duty—several TikTok reviewers mentioned it cracking after a drop. For better protection, store them in a hard-shell pillbox or a dedicated earbud case.

Question 5

What’s your return or refund policy if these don’t fit?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return window for unused or gently tested earplugs in original packaging. If the sizing doesn’t work for you, contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label. A full refund is issued within 5 business days after we receive the items. For hygiene reasons, opened packs cannot be re-sold, but we still accept returns based on fit issues—just make sure to sanitize the eartips before returning.
