Question 1

"Will this steamer set fit my 6-quart Instant Pot without wobbling? I've seen TikTok reviews saying it shifts during cooking."

Accepted Answer

It's designed to fit 3, 5, 6, and 8-quart Instant Pots, but fit can vary depending on your model's exact inner diameter. For 6-quart models, the tiers stack snugly when lightly loaded. Many TikTok users found that overfilling with heavy foods like potatoes or meat can cause the tiers to shift. For best stability, avoid stacking more than 4–5 cups of dense ingredients per tier. If you have an Ultra or Duo Plus model, double-check your pot's height – these have less headroom than standard Duos.

Question 2

"Is the stainless steel actually premium quality? Some reviews say it feels thin and dents easily."

Accepted Answer

The steel is food-grade 304 stainless steel, but it's on the lighter side compared to professional-grade steamer inserts. It won't rust and is dishwasher-safe, but it can bend if handled roughly. For occasional steaming of veggies, eggs, or dumplings, it's durable enough. If you plan to use it daily for heavy loads, consider a thicker-gauge alternative. Most buyers find it holds up well for typical home cooking – just avoid stacking heavy cast-iron on top during storage.

Question 3

"Can I use all three tiers at once for a full meal? Does the lid still close securely?"

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can use all three tiers together, but the total height may exceed your pot's capacity when the lid is on. For 6-quart pots, two tiers usually fit with room for the lid. Three tiers work best in 8-quart models. No handles are included, so use oven mitts when lifting hot tiers. For pressure cooking, use only two tiers to ensure safe venting. Most users find two tiers perfect for cooking rice below and vegetables above simultaneously.

Question 4

"What's the return policy if it doesn't fit my Instant Pot? I'm worried after reading negative reviews."

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day full refund for any reason, including fit issues – no questions asked. If the steamer doesn't work with your pot, contact our support team for a prepaid return label. Many buyers worried about fit were happy after measuring their pot's inner diameter (aim for 7.5–8.5 inches) and checking our sizing guide. We recommend doing this before purchasing to avoid hassle.

Question 5

"Is this a good buy for someone on a budget, or should I spend more on a sturdier brand?"

Accepted Answer

If you're a light to moderate user (steaming 2–3 times a week) and want an affordable multi-tier solution, this is excellent value. It's great for meal preppers, parents, and students. However, if you're a heavy user who cooks dense proteins daily or wants heirloom-quality build, investing in a thicker-gauge stainless steel set (like Alpha Grillers or Mealthy) may be worth the extra $20–30. The bottom line: you get what you pay for, but for most home cooks, Ecozoi delivers reliable performance without breaking the bank.
