Question 1

Is the "24H Moisture" claim realistic, or will I need to reapply it often?

Accepted Answer

While "24H" indicates long-lasting performance, most users find it provides excellent hydration for 4-6 hours under normal conditions. You'll likely want to reapply after eating or drinking. Think of it as an exceptionally durable daily balm that also works wonderfully as an overnight treatment, not a literal set-and-forget product.

Question 2

I have sensitive skin. Is the Coconut Milk & Honey Apple scent likely to cause irritation?

Accepted Answer

This formula is specifically made for sensitive skin and is dermatologist-tested. The vast majority of sensitive-skin users report no irritation. However, the scent is distinctly sweet and gourmand. If you are highly reactive to *fragrances* (not just essential oils), you might prefer the completely fragrance-free version from the eos Sensitive Skin line for total peace of mind.

Question 3

How does the texture feel? Is it sticky, waxy, or heavy?

Accepted Answer

This is one of its most praised features! The texture is consistently described as a smooth, buttery balm that melts on contact. It absorbs beautifully without a sticky or greasy residue, making it comfortable for all-day wear under makeup or alone. Many TikTok users specifically highlight its non-sticky feel as a key reason they repurchase.

Question 4

Can this heal severely chapped or cracked lips, or is it just for maintenance?

Accepted Answer

The Super Balm is fantastic for providing deep hydration and preventing dryness. However, if your lips are already cracked, bleeding, or in need of repair, several reviewers suggest starting with a dedicated healing ointment (like Aquaphor) first. Once healed, this balm is perfect for maintaining that soft, healthy state.

Question 5

Is the 2-pack good value, and how is the packaging?

Accepted Answer

The 2-pack offers a better per-unit price and is perfect for keeping one at home and one in your bag. A common note from online reviews is that the outer cardboard sleeve can be fragile during shipping. While the durable plastic sphere inside is well-protected, the external box may sometimes arrive dented. The balms themselves are securely packaged.
