Question 1

Will this vacuum work on both hard floors and carpets?

Accepted Answer

It’s excellent on hard floors like tile, wood, and laminate—users love how it glides and picks up debris. On low-pile rugs, it does a decent job, but expect it to struggle on medium or high-pile carpets. As many TikTok reviewers note, it’s best treated as a hard-floor specialist with light carpet capability.

Question 2

I’m worried about the cord length. Is it enough for a typical apartment?

Accepted Answer

The 15-foot cord is one of the most talked-about trade-offs. It’s fine for small rooms or studio apartments, but you’ll likely need to switch outlets a few times for open-plan living spaces. If you have a one-bedroom or larger, many users recommend pairing it with an extension cord or considering a cordless model.

Question 3

How do I prevent suction loss over time?

Accepted Answer

Suction drop is almost always due to a clogged filter, not the motor. The manual recommends washing the foam filter every 2–4 weeks—especially if you pick up fine dust or pet hair. A quick rinse and 24-hour dry time brings the power back. Some users post hacks on Reddit about buying a spare filter to swap in while one dries.

Question 4

Is this a good choice for pet owners?

Accepted Answer

It can handle light pet hair on hard floors, but the dust cup is small (around 0.5 liters) and needs frequent emptying during a full clean. On carpets, it’s less effective. If you have one cat or a small dog and mostly tile floors, it could work—but heavy shedders or multi-pet homes might want a model with a larger cup and stronger carpet suction.

Question 5

Can I use it as a handheld for cars and upholstery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it converts easily into a 3-in-1: stick vacuum, handheld unit, and crevice tool. Many users find it handy for car interiors, couch cushions, and stairs. Just keep in mind it’s corded, so you’ll need a nearby outlet or extension cord for the car. The handheld mode is lightweight and comfortable for quick jobs.
