Question 1

How do I choose the right size for my nose?

Accepted Answer

These strips are designed for average to medium nose widths. Many TikTok users with wider bridges recommend stretching the strip slightly before applying to improve fit. If you have a very narrow or broad nose, you may find better adhesion with Breathe Right’s multi-size packs. For the best hold, apply to a clean, dry nose—avoid moisturizer or oils in that area before bed.

Question 2

Will these completely stop my snoring?

Accepted Answer

Not always—and that’s normal. The strips open nasal passages to reduce snoring caused by nasal congestion, but they don’t stop snoring from mouth breathing, sleep apnea, or tongue position. Most users see a 30–50% reduction in snoring volume. For heavy snorers, they’re a helpful add-on, not a cure. If you suspect sleep apnea, please consult a doctor.

Question 3

I have sensitive skin. Are these really safe for overnight use?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the clear design uses a gentle acrylic adhesive that’s better than many competitors. However, some users on Reddit noted mild redness after 3–4 consecutive nights. If you have very sensitive skin, try wearing one for just 2–3 hours first, or use a barrier like a thin layer of lotion (let it dry completely) before applying. Discontinue if irritation persists.

Question 4

What if the strips don’t stick well during sleep?

Accepted Answer

This is the top complaint we see. The adhesive works best on oil-free, dry skin. Wash your face with soap and pat dry just before bed. Avoid touching or repositioning the strip once applied. If you sweat heavily or toss a lot, try pressing the strip firmly for 10 seconds after applying. Most users get good adhesion with these steps, but if you still have issues, you may prefer nasal dilators instead.

Question 5

Can I return them if they don’t work for me?

Accepted Answer

Most retailers, including Amazon, accept returns if the package is unopened. For opened boxes, check directly with the seller—some offer partial refunds or store credit. A good tip: many buyers wish they started with a smaller pack (these are 60-count). If you’re unsure, look for a trial-size box from another brand first to test fit and comfort.
