Question 1

How big are these balls exactly? The photos look bigger.

Accepted Answer

We get this question a lot. Each ball is 0.75 inches in diameter—about the size of a small marble. The product images are close-up shots, so they can look larger than reality. If you're expecting the classic 1-inch bouncy balls, these are noticeably smaller. Many TikTok reviewers noted the same surprise, so we recommend checking the dimensions before buying if size consistency matters for your event.

Question 2

How well do they actually glow, and for how long?

Accepted Answer

The glow effect is decent right after charging under a bright light (like a lamp or flashlight), but it fades noticeably within 1–2 minutes. It's not a long-lasting glow like you'd get from higher-end glow toys. For a quick novelty effect during a party game or in a dark room for a few seconds, they work fine. If you need sustained glow for hours, these aren't the right pick.

Question 3

Are these safe for toddlers or very young children?

Accepted Answer

No—these are not recommended for children under 3 years old. At 0.75 inches, they are a choking hazard. Several parent reviews flagged this concern. They are best suited for kids ages 5 and up, and adult supervision is advised during play. For younger children's parties, consider larger, solid balls without a glow feature.

Question 4

What happens if some balls arrive cracked or the bag is damaged?

Accepted Answer

We package these carefully, but occasionally a few balls may arrive cracked due to shipping pressure, or the bag can tear in transit. If more than 2–3 balls are damaged or the packaging is compromised, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for a partial refund or replacement. We ask that you keep the original packaging for photos.

Question 5

Are these a good value for party favors, or are there better alternatives?

Accepted Answer

They offer strong value if you need 48 small toys for under $10—great for pinatas, Easter egg hunts, or goodie bag fillers. However, many buyers have said they'd prefer spending a bit more for larger, non-glowing bouncy balls that feel more substantial. If glow effect is your main priority, consider glow sticks or LED toys instead. For budget-friendly bounce, these do the job, provided you set expectations around size.
