Question 1

I'm worried about getting the right size. How do I choose between S/M and M/L, and will it fit my wrist?

Accepted Answer

This is the most common question! The band is designed to fit a wide range. For the most accurate fit, measure your wrist circumference. The S/M band is ideal for wrists 140mm - 190mm (5.5" - 7.5"), while the M/L fits 165mm - 220mm (6.5" - 8.7"). Many Reddit users with 7-inch wrists found the S/M perfect, while those over 8 inches preferred the M/L. The band has multiple adjustment holes for a fine-tuned fit.

Question 2

Is the leather comfortable for all-day wear, and does it require a break-in period?

Accepted Answer

Yes, comfort is a top praise point! The full-grain leather is soft but substantial. Be aware that, like most quality leather goods, it may feel slightly stiff for the first few days. Numerous reviewers on TikTok and YouTube mention that after this short break-in period, the band conforms beautifully to your wrist and becomes exceptionally comfortable for daily use.

Question 3

How accurate is the color compared to the product photos? How durable is the build?

Accepted Answer

The color is rich and authentic, but it can appear slightly darker and more matte in person than in some brightly lit promotional images—think "aged leather" versus "new paint." As for durability, the genuine leather and metal connectors are built to last. Users report the leather develops a nice patina over time, and the metal lugs hold the watch securely. A small number of users note a barely perceptible fit with the connectors, but none report any failures or their watch detaching.

Question 4

What if the band doesn't fit or isn't what I expected? What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be completely satisfied. We offer a standard return window for unworn items in original packaging. If you receive the wrong size or have any issues, please contact our customer support team first. They are known for being helpful and responsive in resolving fit or quality concerns, as mentioned in several customer reviews.
