Question 1

Will this mask block 100% of light, even around the nose area?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the 3D contoured design is shaped to hug the nose bridge closely, creating a snug seal. Many users confirm total blackout during daylight naps. However, if you have a particularly narrow or flat nose bridge, a tiny gap may appear—some Reddit users suggest using a soft cloth strip underneath for a custom fit.

Question 2

Is the mask comfortable for side sleepers?

Accepted Answer

The zero-pressure cutout works best when you sleep on your back, as the raised cup can press against pillows when side sleeping. That said, the ultra-soft fabric and adjustable strap help reduce friction. If you’re a strict side sleeper, you might prefer a flatter gel-mask alternative like the Manta Sleep Mask.

Question 3

Can I wash this mask? How does it hold up over time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it’s hand-washable or can go in a delicates laundry bag on a gentle cycle (cold water, air dry). Most users report the foam and strap hold up well for 3–6 months. To extend durability, avoid twisting or wringing the padding. A few long-term reviewers note the strap may stretch after repeated hot-water washes.

Question 4

Does the mask press on eyelashes or smudge makeup?

Accepted Answer

The deep eye cavity leaves about 1–2 cm of space, so most people can blink freely without touching the mask. If you have very long or thick lashes, or wear heavy mascara, there’s still room for gentle movement—but some TikTok reviewers noted slight contact when pressing the mask deeper into the pillow. For best results, avoid heavy eye makeup before bed.

Question 5

What if it doesn’t fit—can I return or exchange it?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Gritin offers a standard 30-day return window for unopened or gently used masks. If you’re sensitive to materials, you can test it on your wrist first to check for allergies. A few customers on Reddit mentioned the refund process was smooth, though you’ll need to cover return shipping unless the item arrives defective.
