Question 1

Will this shower caddy stick securely to my textured tiles or glass shower door?

Accepted Answer

For the strongest hold, this caddy works best on perfectly smooth, non-porous surfaces like polished tile, glass, or acrylic. Many TikTok users have shown success on smooth glass doors. On textured or porous surfaces, the suction may not seal completely, leading to adhesion issues. We recommend testing a small area first.

Question 2

How much weight can it hold, and will it fall over time?

Accepted Answer

When installed correctly on a suitable surface, it's remarkably sturdy for daily use, holding several full-size shampoo bottles. The key is surface preparation—clean with rubbing alcohol and ensure it's bone-dry. It's common for *any* suction product to require a quick re-press every few weeks to maintain the seal, as noted in many long-term reviews. For a truly permanent, set-and-forget solution, a drilled shelf may be better.

Question 3

Is the entire unit rust-proof? I'm worried about the screws.

Accepted Answer

The shelves themselves are made from polished Stainless Steel (SS304), which is highly rust-resistant. However, some users have noted that the included screws for the optional hooks (which require drilling for a permanent mount) can develop surface rust in a wet environment. For the hooks, using your own stainless steel screws is a good precaution.

Question 4

I'm a renter. Does it leave damage or residue when removed?

Accepted Answer

This is a major benefit for renters! When removed properly by releasing the suction levers, it should not damage walls or leave sticky residue. A quick wipe with warm water will clear any potential marks. This makes it an ideal, non-permanent organizing solution.

Question 5

What's the deal with the hooks? Do they need drilling?

Accepted Answer

This is a common point of confusion. The main shelf uses strong suction cups. The separate towel hooks, however, are designed to be wall-mounted with screws for maximum stability (screws are included). They cannot be attached via suction. Many customers love the flexibility—using the suction shelf for bottles and opting to install the hooks only if they need permanent hanging points.
