Question 1

How does the sizing fit? Should I order my usual size?

Accepted Answer

Based on numerous customer reviews, this vest has a relaxed, comfortable fit designed for layering. Many suggest it runs slightly large. If you plan to wear it over a thin base layer or shirt, your regular size should be fine. For a snugger fit to wear under a jacket, consider sizing down. We strongly recommend checking the detailed size chart on the product page before ordering.

Question 2

What kind of battery do I need, and how long does the heat last?

Accepted Answer

The vest requires a separate USB power bank (not included). For best results, use a high-quality bank with at least a 10,000mAh capacity and QC3.0 or PD fast-charging support. On the high setting with a full-capacity battery, many users report 2-4 hours of heat, while the low setting can extend to 5-8 hours. Duration varies based on the battery's health, ambient temperature, and how many heating zones are active.

Question 3

Is it warm enough for freezing temperatures during low-activity things like hunting or watching outdoor sports?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is a common use case praised in reviews. The 8 heating zones provide targeted warmth to your core, back, and chest. Users on platforms like Reddit often mention it being a "game-changer" for staying warm while stationary in cold stands or bleachers. For extreme cold, pairing it with a proper insulated jacket over the vest is recommended.

Question 4

How do I wash the vest without damaging the heating elements?

Accepted Answer

Safety first! Always remove the USB controller and disconnect all wires before washing. Hand wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent is the recommended and safest method. Do not wring or twist the vest. Lay it flat to air dry completely. Avoid machine washing and never use bleach or iron the vest, as this can damage the internal wiring.

Question 5

What if a heating zone doesn't seem to work properly or the battery pocket is inconvenient?

Accepted Answer

While most users find the heating performance excellent, a small number have reported occasional inconsistencies with specific zones. First, ensure all connections are secure. If an issue persists, our customer service team is here to help. Regarding the battery pocket, some TikTok users have creatively used a small carabiner or safety pin to better secure their power bank—a handy tip for active use.
