Question 1

How large is the basket, and how much does it actually hold?

Accepted Answer

The "Extra Large" refers to our generous assortment within the gift category. The basket itself measures approximately 12" x 9" x 5" and is packed with over 2 lbs (total net weight) of premium nuts. While it's designed as an impressive, ready-to-gift centerpiece, some TikTok reviewers suggest checking the dimensions if you're envisioning a very large, bulk-sized container.

Question 2

How can I be sure the nuts will be fresh and not stale or overly salty?

Accepted Answer

We source our nuts in small batches and pride ourselves on freshness, which is a top praise point in thousands of reviews. Each box is stamped with a best-by date for your reference. To ensure consistent quality, we recommend storing the basket in a cool, dry place. We've also shared feedback about salt levels with our suppliers. If you receive a batch that doesn't meet our freshness standards, our customer service team is ready to help make it right.

Question 3

Does it arrive well-packaged and gift-ready, or is shipping damage common?

Accepted Answer

The basket is securely packaged in a fitted shipping box with additional cushioning to protect it during transit. It arrives with festive cellophane wrapping and a bow, designed to be gifted immediately. While the vast majority arrive in perfect condition, as noted in some social media reviews, rare shipping damage can occur. If the packaging is compromised upon delivery, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Question 4

Who is this gift basket best suited for?

Accepted Answer

It's a incredibly versatile gift! Based on customer feedback, it's a huge hit for husbands, fathers, and men who enjoy savory snacks, as well as for mothers, wives, and families during the holidays. It's perfect for office gifting, holiday hosts, or as a treat for anyone who appreciates a classic, high-quality snack mix. It's less ideal for those with severe nut allergies or for someone seeking a single, specific type of nut.

Question 5

What is your return or refund policy if the recipient doesn't like it or there's a problem?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you or your gift recipient are not completely happy with the product for any reason, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receipt. For issues like freshness or damage, we typically offer a full refund or replacement with minimal hassle. We stand by the quality that has earned us thousands of positive reviews.
