Question 1

How is Inito different from regular ovulation test strips (OPKs), and is it worth the higher cost?

Accepted Answer

Regular OPKs only detect your Luteinizing Hormone (LH) surge to *predict* ovulation. Inito tracks four key hormones, including PdG (a progesterone metabolite), to both predict *and confirm* that ovulation actually occurred. This dual function eliminates a lot of guesswork. While the upfront cost is higher, many users on platforms like TikTok highlight this "confirm, don't just predict" feature as the game-changer that makes it worth the investment for informed, data-driven cycle tracking.

Question 2

I have an iPhone, but is it compatible with my specific model? What about future iOS updates?

Accepted Answer

The Inito monitor connects to your iPhone's charging port. It is currently compatible with most iPhone models from the last several years, including the iPhone 16 Pro Max as noted. We recommend double-checking the latest compatibility list on our product page before purchasing. Regarding updates, our team actively works to ensure app compatibility with new iOS releases. A common concern we see is about long-term usability, and we are committed to supporting our devices through software updates for a reasonable product lifespan.

Question 3

What's the true ongoing cost after buying the monitor?

Accepted Answer

The monitor comes with 15 test strips to start. Ongoing tracking requires purchasing additional strip packs. A common sentiment in user reviews is the desire for clarity on this, so we're upfront: most users test for about 8-10 days per cycle. The cost per cycle depends on your personal testing window. You can view current strip bundle options and pricing on our website, which helps manage the long-term cost.

Question 4

I'm worried about technical glitches or finding the data confusing. What's the support like?

Accepted Answer

The Inito app is designed for ease of use, but we understand that any tech product can have hiccups. Our app includes tutorials and cycle insights to help you interpret your unique charts. If you encounter issues, our customer support team is here to help. We've listened to feedback about response times and have expanded our team to improve this. Many users in online communities successfully troubleshoot initial setup questions together, and we have a comprehensive help center available 24/7.

Question 5

What is your return policy if I try it and it doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return policy for the unopened monitor and any unused test strip boxes. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened strip boxes cannot be returned. We stand by our product and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're experiencing difficulties, we encourage you to reach out to our support team first—often, we can resolve any concerns or questions you have about using the device effectively.
