Question 1

How do I know if this handle will fit my specific 2002–2006 Camry?

Accepted Answer

Most buyers with 2005–2006 models report a perfect fit, but some owners of 2002–2004 Camrys have needed minor adjustments to the mounting holes. We recommend comparing the shape of your current handle to the photos, and double-checking that you’re getting the correct side (driver right is the right-side handle when sitting in the driver seat). If you’re unsure, message us your VIN before purchasing.

Question 2

Is the lock button included, and does it work reliably?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the lock button comes pre-attached to the handle. However, a few customers have noted that the button can feel slightly stiff or sticky at first. If it doesn’t smooth out after a few uses, it may be a defective unit. We recommend testing the button before fully installing the handle so you can request a replacement if needed.

Question 3

The color says “Grey” – will it match my car’s interior trim?

Accepted Answer

The color is a medium grey that works best with darker or charcoal interior tones. Some users with lighter grey or beige factory interiors found it noticeably darker than their existing door panels. For a perfect match, we suggest comparing it against your current handle, as “grey” varies by model year and trim level.

Question 4

How durable is this compared to the factory Toyota handle?

Accepted Answer

This handle is made from reinforced plastic rather than the OEM’s heavier composite. Most buyers find it adequate for daily use, though a small number have reported cracking during installation or loosening over time. If you’re restoring a car you plan to keep for years, many users recommend spending a bit more on an OEM Toyota part or a Dorman brand handle for better longevity.

Question 5

What if it doesn’t fit or arrives defective – can I return it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days if the handle is unused or defective. We recommend doing a dry fit before installing any screws or wiring, so the part stays eligible for return. If your handle arrives with a broken clip or a non-functional lock button, please contact us immediately for a free replacement. Save your packaging just in case.
