Question 1

How long does the battery actually last, and can I use it while it's charging?

Accepted Answer

The 4500mAh battery provides excellent portability, but runtime depends heavily on the speed setting. Based on user reports, you can expect approximately 2-4 hours on the highest setting (4) and 8-16 hours on the low setting (1). Yes, it supports pass-through charging, so you can use it continuously while plugged into a USB port or power bank.

Question 2

Is the folding hinge durable, or does it get loose over time?

Accepted Answer

The 160° tilt hinge is great for versatility, but it's a point to handle with care. Most users have no issues, but a minority report it can become less firm after many months of frequent adjusting. We recommend avoiding forcing it past its stopping points. The overall build is lightweight and designed for portability, not rough handling.

Question 3

Is this fan powerful enough for camping or cooling a whole desk?

Accepted Answer

It's best thought of as a *personal* fan. As many TikTok reviewers highlight, it creates a strong, focused breeze for one person within 2-3 feet—perfect for a tent, stroller, or directly on your desk. If you need to circulate air for an entire room or large desk, a larger fan would be more suitable.

Question 4

How quiet is it really? Can I use it in a quiet office or on a video call?

Accepted Answer

"Ultra quiet" is a standout feature praised in reviews. On speeds 1 and 2, it produces only a faint hum, easily drowned out by ambient noise and perfect for offices, libraries, or bedtime. On the highest speeds, you'll hear airflow, but it's not disruptive. You won't have to worry about it interfering with your microphone on Zoom calls.

Question 5

What's included in the box, and what is the warranty/support like?

Accepted Answer

The fan comes with a USB-C charging cable. Please note a wall adapter is not included. JISULIFE offers a standard 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects. Customer feedback indicates the seller is generally responsive to issues within the warranty period. For the best support, keep your proof of purchase.
