Question 1

Is this set suitable for someone with sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

The formulas are designed to be non-irritating for most skin types. However, as with any new skincare product, we recommend doing a patch test first. A small number of users report a brief, mild tingling sensation upon initial application, which typically subsides quickly as the skin adjusts. If you have known sensitivities, consulting the ingredient list or a dermatologist is advised.

Question 2

What's the real difference between the serum and the moisturizer? Do I need to use both?

Accepted Answer

Think of them as a powerful team! The Multi-action Serum is a lighter, fast-absorbing treatment packed with Hyaluronic Acid to deeply hydrate and revitalize the skin's surface. The Revitalising Moisturiser XL then locks in that moisture and provides lasting hydration. Using both together, as many satisfied customers on TikTok and YouTube demonstrate, gives the best results for tackling dry, dull skin. However, they can be used independently based on your preference.

Question 3

I've seen comments about leaking bottles. Is the packaging secure, especially for gifting?

Accepted Answer

The gift set is designed for secure presentation and shipping. While isolated incidents of leakage can occur with any liquid product during transit due to pressure changes or handling, this is not a common flaw. The set arrives in a sealed box, and the bottles have secure caps. If you receive a damaged item, our customer service team is ready to assist with a replacement or refund.

Question 4

Is the "XL" 100ml moisturizer a giant size, and how long will both products last?

Accepted Answer

The "XL" refers to it being a larger, more value-oriented size compared to standard 50ml moisturizers, not a bulk container. With daily use, the 100ml moisturizer should last approximately 3-4 months, and the 30ml serum around 2-3 months. This makes the set excellent value for establishing a consistent skincare routine, as highlighted in many reviews praising its longevity.

Question 5

This is marketed as a gift set—is it also a good choice for someone buying it for themselves?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. While the presentation makes it a fantastic gift (a point echoed in countless reviews), it's equally popular for personal use. The set offers a convenient way to try two complementary, highly-rated products from the Men Expert line. If your main skin concerns are dryness, dullness, and wanting a simple yet effective routine with a pleasant scent, this duo is a great self-investment.
