Question 1

I’ve seen on TikTok that the Bluetooth connection can be spotty during long print jobs. Is that a common issue?

Accepted Answer

Some users have reported occasional Bluetooth drops, especially if they print more than 15–20 labels in a row. This is usually fixed by keeping your phone within a few feet of the printer and ensuring no other Bluetooth devices are trying to connect to it. For quick home or kitchen use, the connection is reliably stable.

Question 2

Do I need to buy expensive replacement tape, or does it work with generic thermal paper?

Accepted Answer

The N12 uses standard thermal label rolls that are available at most stationery stores and online. While the included starter roll is small, replacement rolls are affordable—expect to pay about $8–12 for a pack of 3. Many Reddit users recommend buying generic 15mm x 50mm rolls, which fit perfectly and save you money.

Question 3

How long does the battery last, and is it USB-C or micro-USB?

Accepted Answer

A full charge lasts for about 4–5 hours of continuous use or roughly 80–100 labels. It charges via a standard USB-C cable (included), which is great if you already use a modern phone or laptop charger. Many reviewers appreciate that it charges quickly—under two hours to full.

Question 4

I’m a student and want to label my binders and cables. Is this the best value option, or should I look at the Brother P-Touch?

Accepted Answer

For a student on a budget, this is a fantastic value—it’s cheaper, smaller, and has fun template fonts. However, if you plan to label dozens of items at once or need extra-reliable Bluetooth for study groups, the Brother P-Touch Cube offers better speed and app stability. We suggest this one for casual, colorful organization; go with Brother if you need heavy-duty performance.

Question 5

What kind of customer support is available if my printer stops working after a month?

Accepted Answer

The N12 comes with a standard 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Our support team responds within 24 hours, and we’ve seen positive feedback from users who got quick replacements for faulty units. For questions about returns or replacements, just contact us with your order number, and we’ll help you out.
