Question 1

How long does assembly take, and can one person do it?

Accepted Answer

The manufacturer states the chair assembles in just 10 minutes with only 2 steps, installing the backrest onto the seat, and that one person can do it. One reviewer said setup took about 30 minutes and that a second person might be needed to help.

Question 2

Is the massage function a true massage or just vibration?

Accepted Answer

The listing describes 8 vibration massage points in the back, lumbar, thighs, and legs, controlled by remote for adjustable intensity. Reviewers confirm it is more of a vibration feature than a massage, with one noting the low setting is good for watching TV while the high setting is stronger.

Question 3

Does the heat get very warm?

Accepted Answer

The listing says lumbar heating promotes blood circulation and works together with the massage. One reviewer reported that the heat does not get too high.

Question 4

Is the chair comfortable and well made for the price?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers describe it as good quality for the price, comfortable, and sturdy, with one calling it a great value and another saying it was nicer than expected for the cost. The listing notes thick padding with high-density sponges and premium faux leather that is durable, easy to clean, and water-resistant.

Question 5

What are the swivel, rocking, and reclining capabilities?

Accepted Answer

The listing states the chair offers 360° swivel, 30° rocking, and 90-150° reclining, adjusted by pulling the lever next to the armrest to activate the footrest. Reviewers confirm it rocks, reclines well, and swivels, though one noted it spins a little too easily and needs to be corrected back into position.
