Question 1

*“Will this 7 kg washing machine fit under my kitchen counter? I’m worried about the height with the connecting hoses.”*

Accepted Answer

Many buyers asked the same question on TikTok, so here’s what we know: the machine’s height is approx. 96 cm (including the lid). You’ll need at least 100 cm clearance to comfortably accommodate the hoses at the back. If your counter is lower than 98 cm, this model may not fit. Measure your space with a tape measure before ordering—it’s the one detail that surprises most customers at delivery.

Question 2

*“Does the Auto Prewash really remove stubborn stains like turmeric or oil, or do I still need to scrub?”*

Accepted Answer

For everyday dirt and moderate stains, the Auto Prewash does a solid job—just toss in detergent, and the machine handles the rest. However, if you’re dealing with turmeric, heavy oil grease, or set-in mud, reviews suggest you’ll still need to pre-treat or do a spot scrub. A helpful Reddit hack: apply a paste of baking soda and detergent to stains before loading, and let the machine’s soak cycle run for 15 minutes. Works wonders without manual scrubbing.

Question 3

*“I read that the Smart Diagnosis feature is more show than substance. Is it actually useful for troubleshooting at home?”*

Accepted Answer

Honest take from users: it’s a decent first step for simple problems like unbalanced loads or filter clogs, but for anything serious (drainage failure, drum errors), it usually ends up telling you to call support. The feature won’t replace a technician visit. If you’re comfortable diagnosing common issues via a YouTube tutorial, skip the Smart Diagnosis and save yourself the frustration—there are better third-party guides for your model online.

Question 4

*“How noisy is this machine during a full spin cycle? My laundry area is next to the living room.”*

Accepted Answer

At 700 RPM, it’s noticeably loud—think loud humming with occasional thumping if the load is unbalanced. Many users running evening loads have found they need to shut the door to watch TV. That said, at lower speeds (400–500 RPM), it’s fairly quiet. If noise is a big concern, look for a model with a “silent wash” mode, or consider placing a vibration-absorbing mat under the machine. Reddit users recommend a 1-inch thick rubber mat for a meaningful reduction in sound transfer.

Question 5

*“For a family of four with daily laundry, is 7 kg enough, or should I go bigger?”*

Accepted Answer

This is where the reviews split. A family of four doing a single daily load of mixed clothes (t-shirts, jeans, bedsheets) will find 7 kg adequate—but tight for quilts, curtains, or heavy blankets. Several parents on YouTube noted they had to wash large comforters separately or go to a laundromat. If you do frequent bulky washes, consider the 8 kg version. For everyday basics, the 7 kg is fine if you’re okay with running two cycles for towels and sheets on weekends.
