Question 1

What is included in the box?

Accepted Answer

The package contains the red light therapy device, a stand with brackets, straps for wrapping around the waist or body, and sunglasses for eye protection. One reviewer noted receiving only the device and stand without the belt, so check the listing details carefully.

Question 2

Can I adjust the light intensity and treatment time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the device offers three intensity levels (35mw/cm², 48mw/cm², and 59mw/cm²) and adjustable treatment times from 10 to 30 minutes. Low intensity helps repair skin, medium brightens skin tone, and high accelerates collagen regeneration and anti-wrinkle effects.

Question 3

How is the build quality and reliability of this device?

Accepted Answer

Reviews are mixed. Some users praise the heavy-duty frame and sturdy stand, while others report the unit stopped working after a few months, USB cables melted, or the mat only stays lit when bent at an extreme angle.

Question 4

Is it easy to use and versatile for different body areas?

Accepted Answer

Yes, reviewers find it easy to use and versatile. It can be worn with straps around the waist or body, set up on the stand over the face, or used as a lamp, and one user noted it holds a decent charge for 6-7 rounds of 10-minute sessions.

Question 5

Is this device good value for money?

Accepted Answer

Some reviewers say it offers many advantages for the price and excellent value, with intensity and wavelengths close to what they wanted. However, one noted it seems cheaply made and the picture is misleading about size, so check the actual dimensions.
