Question 1

Do these shoes fit true to size, or should I size up for the wide toe box?

Accepted Answer

Most buyers find them true to size, but a few reviews mention they run slightly snug in the toe area. If you have wide feet or prefer extra room, we recommend going half a size up. As one Reddit user put it, “Order your usual size for a snug fit, but size up if you want to wear thick socks.” Always check the size chart before ordering.

Question 2

Are these truly barefoot shoes, or do they have some cushioning?

Accepted Answer

They’re zero-drop with a thin, flexible sole—true to the barefoot concept—but they do include a firm 4mm insole for light shock absorption. Many TikTok reviewers call them “the perfect hybrid: ground feel without the pain of walking on gravel.” They’re not plush like running shoes, so expect a natural, minimalist feel.

Question 3

How durable are they for daily gym use and hiking?

Accepted Answer

For the price, durability is solid—most users report 4–6 months of regular use before signs of wear. However, a few note sole separation after heavy trail use. We suggest rotating them if used daily for high-impact activities. If you’re a frequent hiker, consider them a budget-friendly starter option rather than a long-term investment.

Question 4

What’s your return policy if they don’t fit, and how fast do refunds process?

Accepted Answer

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Some customers have mentioned slower processing times, so we recommend emailing support if you haven’t seen a refund after two weeks. For exchanges, we prioritize fast shipping to minimize your wait.

Question 5

Can I use these for heavy weightlifting like deadlifts and squats?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! The flat, zero-drop sole provides a stable base for lifting—many gym-goers praise them for deadlifts and squats. The wide toe box also helps with balance during heavier loads. Just note: they’re not designed for maximalist cushioning, so they won’t absorb shock for running. Stick to cross-training, weightlifting, or casual wear.
