Question 1

What are the exact dimensions, especially the inner diameter and leg height?

Accepted Answer

Each planter has an inner top diameter of about 6 inches and stands roughly 12 inches tall including the legs. The legs themselves are around 3 inches long. Many TikTok users found the planter smaller than expected, so we recommend measuring your plant’s current pot against these numbers — especially if you’re planning to repot anything larger than a standard 5-inch nursery pot.

Question 2

Do these pots have drainage holes? Will they damage my furniture or floors?

Accepted Answer

The bottom is solid with no pre-drilled drainage holes — good for indoor use but means excess water can pool. If you keep them on wood or delicate surfaces, we strongly suggest using a saucer or adding a layer of pebbles under the inner pot. Some buyers on Reddit reported water leakage staining their tables, so a simple drip tray solves that instantly.

Question 3

Are these planters stable enough for outdoor use or tall plants?

Accepted Answer

They work beautifully on a sheltered balcony with low-growing or bushy plants like succulents, pothos, or snake plants. However, because the legs create a narrow base, tall or top-heavy plants can tip in windy conditions. For outdoor use, weigh the bottom with stones or choose a more compact, low-center-of-gravity plant. Several YouTube reviewers recommend pairing these with trailing ivy or mini ferns for best stability.

Question 4

Can these be used outdoors year-round? Will the plastic crack in winter?

Accepted Answer

The material is lightweight, UV-resistant plastic designed for both indoor and covered patio use. They can handle mild frost, but extended exposure to freezing temperatures or direct winter rain may cause brittleness over time. If you live in a climate with harsh winters, consider bringing them inside or placing them under a roof overhang.

Question 5

What’s the return policy if they arrive damaged or don’t fit my plant?

Accepted Answer

This set ships in a single box, and while packaging is sturdy, thin plastic can sometimes crack during transit. If you receive a damaged unit, snap a photo of the box and the planter within 48 hours and contact customer support — they offer a full refund or replacement. For size mismatches, standard return rules apply within 30 days as long as the pots are unused and in original packaging.
