Question 1

I’ve seen complaints about rosehip oil being greasy. Will this work for my oily or acne-prone skin?

Accepted Answer

Many users worry about greasiness, but the key is application. Start with just 1–2 drops on damp skin after cleansing—this helps it absorb rather than sit heavy on top. While rosehip oil is naturally richer than lighter oils like squalane, it’s non-comedogenic and has helped many with acne scars and texture over time. If you’re prone to breakouts, patch test first or mix a drop into your moisturizer.

Question 2

How long does it take to see results for anti-aging or scar fading?

Accepted Answer

Patience is everything here. Most users on TikTok and Reddit report visible improvements in skin tone and fine lines after about 4–6 weeks of consistent daily use. For deeper scars or stubborn dark spots, it can take 2–3 months. Think of it as a gentle, cumulative treatment rather than a quick fix—the USDA-certified cold-pressed quality ensures you’re getting the full natural benefits.

Question 3

Does this really have a strong smell? I’m sensitive to scents.

Accepted Answer

Honestly, yes—this is unrefined and cold-pressed, so it has an earthy, nutty aroma that some compare to raw seeds or cooking oil. There’s no added fragrance. If you’re sensitive to scents, many users say the smell fades quickly after application. You can also dilute it with a few drops of a light carrier oil like jojoba if the scent bothers you.

Question 4

What’s the return policy if the bottle leaks or the oil goes bad?

Accepted Answer

We cover shipping damages like leaks—just contact us with a photo and we’ll send a replacement fast. For concerns about rancidity, store your bottle in a cool, dark place (not the bathroom) to extend its shelf life. As for returns, unused and unopened bottles are eligible within 30 days. If you’re unsure about the oil, many customers recommend buying the 1 fl. oz size first to test it out.

Question 5

Can I use this for gua sha, and is it okay for my hair too?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely—this is a popular choice for gua sha because it has enough slip without being too sticky. Just warm a few drops between your palms before applying. For hair, it works wonders as a pre-wash scalp treatment or a light finishing oil on dry ends, but go easy: a little goes a long way to avoid greasy roots. It’s a true multi-tasker for skincare and hair care routines.
