Question 1

Will the Orzly screen protector fit my Nintendo Switch OLED model?

Accepted Answer

No—this 2-pack is designed specifically for the original 6.2-inch Switch (2017 model). It will not cover the OLED’s slightly larger screen. Many TikTok users have flagged this error, so double-check your model before purchasing. For OLED, look for Orzly’s dedicated OLED version or consider alternatives like amFilm.

Question 2

I’ve seen complaints about air bubbles and edge lifting. How do I prevent this?

Accepted Answer

Clean your screen thoroughly in a dust-free room, use the included alcohol wipe and microfiber cloth, and apply slowly from the center outward. If the edges still lift after a few days, press firmly with a credit card wrapped in cloth. Some Reddit users find that a hairdryer on low heat helps the adhesive settle around slight curves.

Question 3

Is the 0.24mm thickness accurate, or does it feel thicker?

Accepted Answer

The listed 0.24mm is consistent with most users’ experience, though the edges may feel slightly thicker due to the glass curve. A few YouTube reviewers measured it closer to 0.27mm. It should not interfere with docking, but if you’re very sensitive to bulk, some prefer slimmer options like the 0.2mm Skinomi.

Question 4

Can I return it if the glass arrives scratched or cracked?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Amazon’s return policy covers defective items within 30 days. Contact Orzly directly for quicker replacements—they’re known for good after-sales support. Save the packaging and take photos of any damage right away to speed things up.

Question 5

Is this a good choice for someone who’s never applied a screen protector before?

Accepted Answer

It’s a solid start. The kit includes an alignment frame, wet/dry wipes, and dust removal stickers. However, be patient—if dust lands on the adhesive, it’s nearly impossible to remove without ruining the protector. Watch a few installation videos on TikTok (search “Orzly Switch install tips”) first to avoid common mistakes. For total beginners, the Spigen protector’s tray system might be easier.
