Question 1

I'm worried about sizing. I have athletic calves—will the Medium really fit me?

Accepted Answer

The Medium size is designed for a wide range, but fit is crucial for comfort and effectiveness. Based on user feedback, it works excellently for most. If your calf measurement is at the *very top* of the size chart or you have exceptionally muscular calves, some users recommend considering if you need a roomier fit. We advise measuring your calf circumference precisely and comparing it to our detailed chart. Many athletes on Reddit have praised the fit, noting the adjustable straps help customize the feel.

Question 2

How does the cordless battery life hold up in real-world use?

Accepted Answer

The cordless design is a major perk for convenience! On a full charge, you can expect several sessions. For example, many YouTube reviewers report getting about 2-3 full 30-minute sessions at moderate-to-high pressure before needing a recharge. It's perfect for individual daily use. If you plan to share it between two people for back-to-back, lengthy sessions, you may need to recharge sooner. The charging time is relatively quick.

Question 3

Is this product truly FSA/HSA eligible, and how does that process work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the QUINEAR Recovery System is FSA/HSA eligible. To use your benefits, purchase the product as normal. You will receive a receipt/invoice from us that includes the necessary details (product name, date, amount, etc.). You then submit that receipt to your FSA/HSA administrator for reimbursement according to their specific guidelines. It's a straightforward process many of our customers use successfully.

Question 4

I've seen professional systems like NormaTec. How does this compare for the price?

Accepted Answer

This is a common and great question. The QUINEAR system offers the core sequential compression technology found in high-end clinical devices at a fraction of the cost. The main trade-offs are in maximum pressure intensity and brand-specific software ecosystems. For most athletes and active individuals seeking effective daily muscle recovery at home, users on fitness forums consistently say QUINEAR provides exceptional value. It delivers the "hugging" compression sensation and recovery benefits without the professional price tag.

Question 5

What if it doesn't work out for me? What's the return and warranty policy?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product with a satisfaction guarantee. Please review our return policy page for the specific timeframe and conditions (e.g., item must be in new condition). We also offer a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If you encounter any issues, our support team is here to help. We've noticed feedback about past response times and have dedicated more resources to ensure a smoother experience.
