Question 1

Is the 32x16x16 size big enough for an adult bearded dragon or snake?

Accepted Answer

This enclosure works well for juvenile bearded dragons or small to medium snakes like corn snakes or ball pythons up to 3–4 feet. However, many Reddit users note that adult bearded dragons may find the space tight once you add hides, décor, and a basking area. For active species, we recommend checking your reptile’s adult length—allow at least 1.5x their body length in horizontal space.

Question 2

How accurate is the built-in intelligent thermostat, and can I replace it?

Accepted Answer

The thermostat maintains consistent temperatures within a 2–3°F range under normal room conditions, which most owners find reliable. That said, TikTok reviewers recommend placing the sensor probe directly under the basking spot for best results. If you prefer your own controller (e.g., for dual-zone heating), you can unplug the thermostat unit and replace it easily—the enclosure’s ports are standard size.

Question 3

Are the glass sliding doors safe and durable over time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the doors are made from tempered glass, which is tougher than standard glass and designed to withstand daily use. The sliding tracks are reinforced to prevent warping. To keep them moving smoothly, occasionally clean the tracks with a dry cloth—avoid water buildup, which many buyers say can cause sticking. Always lift the doors slightly when removing them for cleaning.

Question 4

What’s your return or refund policy if I’m not satisfied?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. If the enclosure arrives damaged or has a defect, we’ll send a replacement or full refund—just contact us with photos. For buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size), returns are accepted as long as the unit is unused and in original packaging. Many customers appreciate that the glass and thermostat are covered for any manufacturing issues within the first year.

Question 5

How does this compare to other enclosures like Exo Terra or Zoo Med?

Accepted Answer

This tank is lighter and more affordable than many glass vivariums from those brands, making it a great starter option. The built-in thermostat is a unique value-add that Exo Terra and Zoo Med don’t generally include. However, those competitors often feature front-opening doors (easier for cleaning) and slightly thicker glass. If you prioritize convenience and low cost, this enclosure is a smart pick—if you want premium build for a long-term setup, you might consider those alternatives.
