Question 1

Are these resistance bands suitable for beginners, or will I need to buy a different set to progress?

Accepted Answer

They’re a solid starting point for beginners. The pack includes 5 levels—from very light to heavy—so you can gradually increase resistance. However, some TikTok users mentioned the "heavy" band is closer to a medium intensity, so if you’re already lifting moderate weights, you may outgrow them quickly. The included guide walks you through basic exercises, which is great for getting started.

Question 2

Do the bands have an unpleasant smell, and is it safe?

Accepted Answer

A few buyers noted a strong rubbery or chemical scent when first opened, which is common with new latex-based products. This usually fades after a few days of airing out. If you’re particularly sensitive to smells or have allergies, we’d recommend washing the bands gently with mild soap and water before your first use, or checking if latex-free alternatives might suit you better.

Question 3

How durable are these bands? Will they snap or stretch out over time?

Accepted Answer

Durability is generally good for light to moderate use, especially if you follow the instructions and avoid overstretching (don’t pull them beyond their natural length). That said, some users on Reddit reported the lower resistance bands developing small tears after a few weeks. To maximize lifespan, store them away from direct sunlight, and don’t use near sharp objects like hooks or furniture edges.

Question 4

Can I return them if I don't find them useful or if they break?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the product offers a standard return window—usually 30 days from delivery if you’re not satisfied. Some reviewers mentioned reaching out to the seller directly for replacements on bands that snapped early, and said the team was responsive. We always recommend checking the specific return policy at checkout to confirm your coverage.

Question 5

How do these compare to more expensive brands like Theraband or Rogue?

Accepted Answer

These bands are a budget-friendly alternative, but they don’t match the durability and precise resistance levels of premium brands like Theraband or Rogue. If you’re a casual user doing light stretching, yoga, or basic toning a few times a week, this set offers great value. For heavy strength training or daily high-intensity use, the pricier options are likely a better long-term investment. Many buyers find this set perfect for travel or as a backup to gym equipment.
