Question 1

Will this cushion cover fit my standard 60 x 35 cm neck pillow?

Accepted Answer

It's designed for pillows with a height between 10 and 13 cm, but we recommend measuring your pillow's exact thickness before ordering. Several buyers with thicker pillows (over 13 cm) found the fit too snug. For best results, use it with a pillow that's on the slimmer side.

Question 2

Is the cover machine washable, and will it shrink?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's machine washable on a gentle cycle. To avoid shrinking or fading, we suggest washing in cold water and air drying. A few users noted pilling after hot washes, so treating it gently will keep the cotton soft and vibrant longer.

Question 3

How does the zipper hold up over time?

Accepted Answer

The zipper is designed to be smooth and hidden, but a small number of customers reported it getting stuck or breaking after several washes. If you experience any issues, please contact us for a replacement—we stand behind the product's quality.

Question 4

Can I return this if it doesn't fit my pillow?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days if the cover doesn't match your pillow size or expectations. Just reach out to our support team, and we'll guide you through the process. Many TikTok users have shared that the return policy is straightforward.

Question 5

Who is this pillowcase best suited for?

Accepted Answer

It's ideal for side sleepers and travelers who use standard-sized neck pillows (up to 13 cm thick). The soft cotton and ergonomic shape work well for people with mild neck discomfort. However, if you have a very thick or oversized pillow, you might find a stretch-knit cover more accommodating.
