Question 1

How long does it take for Sambugra TUDCA to show results for liver detox or support?

Accepted Answer

Most users report noticing subtle improvements in energy and digestion after 2–4 weeks of consistent use. However, for measurable liver detox or repair (e.g., changes in enzyme levels), allow at least 2–3 months, and consider pairing with a healthy diet. Every body responds differently, so patience is key—similar to what many Reddit users mention when comparing TUDCA supplements.

Question 2

Are these capsules easy to swallow? I’ve had trouble with large pills before.

Accepted Answer

The capsules are size “00,” which is a standard but slightly larger size. Some TikTok reviewers mentioned they’re manageable with water but occasionally cause a gag reflex. If you struggle, try taking them with a spoonful of yogurt or applesauce, or break the capsule into water (the powder is bitter but still effective).

Question 3

Is the 1100mg dosage per capsule or per serving? And what’s the recommended daily intake?

Accepted Answer

The 1100mg refers to the total TUDCA content per serving of 2 capsules—so 550mg per capsule. For general liver maintenance, 1 capsule daily may suffice, but for detox or support during alcohol consumption, many users follow the bottle’s suggestion of 2 capsules per day. Always start with a lower dose to see how your body reacts, and consult a healthcare professional if taking other medications.

Question 4

Can I trust the third-party testing claim? I’ve seen mixed reviews about supplement quality.

Accepted Answer

Yes, the label states it’s third-party tested for purity and potency, which is a credible reassurance. However, because some online reviews feel promotional, we recommend checking the manufacturer’s website for a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA). This is a common practice among trusted supplement brands and helps verify what’s actually in the bottle.

Question 5

What’s the return policy if this doesn’t work for me?

Accepted Answer

Sambugra offers a satisfaction guarantee—typically a 30-day return window for unopened or partially used bottles. Many buyers on YouTube highlight that they received a refund when the product didn’t meet expectations. Always check the specific seller’s policy (Amazon vs. direct website) because return conditions can vary slightly. Keep your receipt and order number handy.
