Question 1

Is this screen cleaner truly safe for all my devices, including expensive OLED TVs and laptops with anti-glare coatings?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. The formula is specifically designed to be non-abrasive, alcohol-free, and ammonia-free, making it safe for delicate coatings on OLED, LED, LCD screens, and anti-glare finishes. It's the primary reason for its high ratings—users consistently report safe, streak-free results on everything from smartphones to large-format TVs.

Question 2

I've seen comments about the spray nozzle leaking or clogging. Is this a common issue?

Accepted Answer

While the vast majority of bottles arrive and function perfectly, a small percentage of units can experience nozzle issues due to shipping pressure or manufacturing variances. If you receive a faulty nozzle, our customer support will promptly send a replacement. Many satisfied users on Reddit also note that the included two nozzles provide a handy backup.

Question 3

Are the included microfiber cloths good enough, or should I buy a premium one separately?

Accepted Answer

The included cloths are effective for most users and designed to work well with the spray. However, if you're cleaning a high-end display or are particularly sensitive to lint, you may prefer using a dedicated high-quality microfiber cloth. This is a common tip from tech enthusiasts on forums who pair our spray with their favorite cloth for a perfect finish.

Question 4

How does the value of this 16oz "kit" compare to buying smaller name-brand sprays?

Accepted Answer

The 16oz size is a standout feature mentioned in thousands of reviews. It provides exceptional long-term value, often lasting months or even years for an average household. You're paying less per ounce compared to small, premium-brand bottles. Think of it as the reliable, bulk option for keeping all your family's screens clean without frequent repurchases.

Question 5

What is your policy if the bottle leaks in transit or doesn't meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer
