Question 1

I have small ears and many earbuds fall out. Will these fit me securely?

Accepted Answer

Fit can vary by individual. The P20i comes with four sizes of ear tips to help you find a good seal. However, a common note from users with smaller ears is that the earbud body itself can feel loose, even with the right tip. If you've had fit issues with similar "stem-style" buds before, these might not be the most secure for high-intensity activities. For a guaranteed secure fit during sports, many social media reviewers suggest looking at models with ear hooks.

Question 2

How is the call quality, especially outside or in windy conditions?

Accepted Answer

Indoors and in quiet spaces, the dual microphones provide clear call quality. It's a strength mentioned in many reviews. However, in noisy environments like busy streets or windy areas, the noise reduction can struggle, and your voice may sound muffled or pick up wind noise to the listener. If you take most of your calls in a quiet office or at home, they're great. For frequent outdoor calling, it's a noted limitation.

Question 3

Is the advertised 30-hour battery life realistic, and how is the build quality?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the 30-hour total playtime (with the charging case) is consistently praised as accurate in real-world use. The earbuds themselves feel solid. The main point of feedback regarding build is about the charging case—some users find the lid has a light, plasticky feel with a bit of hinge wiggle. It's functional and portable, but don't expect a ultra-premium, heavy-duty case at this price point. The IPX5 rating on the earbuds themselves is reliable for sweat and rain.

Question 4

I've heard the bass is very strong. Can I adjust the sound to my liking?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Out of the box, the sound profile is indeed bass-emphasized, which many love for music and movies. If you prefer a more balanced, neutral, or vocal-forward sound, you can easily customize it using the free Soundcore app. The app offers several EQ presets and a full custom equalizer, allowing you to tune the audio precisely to your taste. This flexibility is a key feature that users recommend taking advantage of.

Question 5

Who are these earbuds best suited for, and what's the warranty like?

Accepted Answer

The P20i are an outstanding choice for anyone seeking great value, reliable battery life, and solid sound for daily commuting, studying, or workouts. They are particularly popular with students and as a first pair of wireless earbuds. Anker backs them with an 18-month warranty, which is longer than the industry standard, and their customer support has a strong reputation for being helpful, as noted in many community discussions.
