Question 1

I'm worried about the image getting cropped wrong or looking dark. How can I ensure my photo turns out perfectly?

Accepted Answer

Great question! The most common tip from our users is to carefully crop your photo *before* uploading using your phone's or computer's editing tools, ensuring the subject is centered. For best color results, use high-resolution, well-lit photos. Our design tool provides a preview, but if the original is dark or blurry, the print will reflect that. Many TikTok users show their "before and after" results using bright, clear photos for stunning vibrancy.

Question 2

Is the 11x14 size including the frame, and is it big enough for a meaningful gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the 11x14 measurement includes the sleek, ready-to-hang frame. While it's a popular and versatile size for desks, shelves, or gallery walls, many customers in reviews mention they wish they'd "sized up" for a more dramatic statement on a large wall. If you're looking for a focal point in a room, consider a larger option. The 11x14 is perfect for a personal touch in a cozy space or as part of a collage.

Question 3

What is your return policy if I'm not happy with my custom canvas?

Accepted Answer

Because your canvas is made-to-order just for you, we don't offer standard returns. However, we fully guarantee our quality. If there is a manufacturing defect (like a warped frame or a major print error), or if it arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately with photos. We'll work swiftly to resolve the issue, typically by creating and shipping a replacement at no cost to you.

Question 4

How long does shipping really take, especially around the holidays?

Accepted Answer

Production typically takes 3-5 business days, with shipping adding 5-7 business days for standard delivery. However, during high-demand periods like Christmas, Mother's Day, or Valentine's Day, we recommend ordering *at least 3-4 weeks in advance* to ensure timely arrival. Processing times may extend slightly, but we always provide tracking so you can follow your order's journey.

Question 5

This seems priced higher than some basic prints. What makes it worth it?

Accepted Answer

You're paying for a premium, gift-ready product. This includes our proprietary printing on museum-grade canvas, a solid, hand-finished wooden frame, and protective coating to prevent fading—not just a thin print. As noted in hundreds of reviews, the emotional value and "wow factor" are consistently highlighted. Customers often say the quality and presentation feel far more luxurious than expected, making it a cherished keepsake rather than just a decoration.
