Question 1

Will this Sup Cool Bag fit my inflatable paddle board, and do I need to remove the fins?

Accepted Answer

It’s designed for most standard 10’ to 11’ inflatable SUPs, but we recommend leaving the fins removed for the best fit. Many buyers have noted that wider boards or those with fixed large fins can feel snug. If you’re unsure, measure your board’s length and width, and check if it’s under 34 inches wide.

Question 2

Is the bag truly waterproof, or just water-resistant for splashes?

Accepted Answer

The bag features a waterproof zipper and coated fabric, making it leak-proof for rain, splashes, and brief submersion. However, some TikTok users and reviewers have mentioned that the seams may not hold up under constant heavy pressure or full immersion. For casual paddle trips or picnics, it’s great—but if you plan to flip your board or tackle rough waters, consider a high-end dry bag.

Question 3

The clips and D-rings seem small—how durable are they for attaching gear?

Accepted Answer

The plastic clips work fine for lightweight items like a towel or water bottle, but a few buyers reported breakage when strapping on heavier gear like a camping chair or wet suit. Better to use the main compartment for heavier items and keep attachments light. We’ve heard feedback and are working on stronger hardware for future batches.

Question 4

Can I get a refund if the bag leaks or the bottle opener breaks?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return for defects like leaking seams or broken attachments. Just contact support with your order number and a photo. Many users have found the process straightforward, though a few wished the return window was longer. For international orders, shipping charges may apply.

Question 5

Who is this bag best for, and what should I expect if I’m a serious paddler?

Accepted Answer

This bag shines for casual SUP users, kayakers, and beachgoers who want an ultralight, all-in-one carrier for a board, snacks, and picnic gear. It’s also a hit at BBQ spots. However, serious long-distance paddlers or campers needing bombproof waterproofing might prefer a thicker dry bag. Think of this as a versatile lifestyle accessory, not a heavy-duty expedition pack.
