Question 1

How is the sizing? Should I order my usual size?

Accepted Answer

Based on extensive customer feedback, these shoes tend to run a bit large. Most reviewers recommend ordering a half size down from your regular sneaker size for the best fit. If you're between sizes, sizing down is the common suggestion to avoid a "clown shoe" feel.

Question 2

Are they truly waterproof, and how is the comfort for walking 18 holes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the waterproof performance is a major highlight. Users consistently report dry feet in wet grass and morning dew. As for comfort, they are widely praised for being "ready-to-play" with excellent cushioning and arch support, making them a great choice for walking the course. A small note: a few users mention a short break-in period for the ankle collar.

Question 3

What's the realistic durability for a regular golfer?

Accepted Answer

For the casual or weekend golfer (playing 1-2 times a month), these shoes provide solid seasonal durability. The overwhelming majority of high ratings are based on initial comfort and performance. Some dedicated players who golf multiple times a week have noted the waterproofing or spikes may show wear after several months, which is a common consideration for shoes in this price range.

Question 4

I've never heard of the brand THESTRON. Are these trustworthy quality?

Accepted Answer

This is a common pre-purchase question. THESTRON is a value-focused brand primarily sold through online marketplaces. The consensus from over 1,300 reviews is that these shoes deliver exceptional performance for their price point, often exceeding initial expectations. While they may not have the long-term heritage of premium brands, the user satisfaction ratings for fit, waterproofing, and immediate comfort speak for themselves.

Question 5

What is the return policy if they don't fit or meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

Returns and refunds are handled through the platform you purchase from (e.g., Amazon). We recommend checking the specific seller's return policy at the time of purchase. Due to the sizing nuance, many buyers appreciate the option to easily exchange for a different size. The process is generally straightforward for "size and fit" issues.
