Question 1

Will the suction cup stick to my textured or soft-touch dashboard?

Accepted Answer

The ultra-strong suction works best on perfectly smooth, non-porous surfaces like glass or hard plastic. Many users on social media have reported that it does not adhere reliably to grainy, textured, or padded dashboards. For these surfaces, we recommend checking if your car has a suitable flat spot on the windshield or considering a CD slot or air vent mount alternative.

Question 2

I have an Android phone without MagSafe. Will this holder work for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but with an important caveat. The powerful 120LBS magnet is designed to grip directly onto metal. For most Android cases, you will need to attach a thin metal plate (often sold separately) between your phone and case. Without it, the magnetic force will be significantly weaker. Many TikTok users mention that pairing this holder with a metal plate provides a rock-solid grip comparable to MagSafe iPhones.

Question 3

Is the magnet strong enough for a large, heavy phone on bumpy roads?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The most common praise in reviews is for the holder's exceptional magnetic strength. Users with iPhone Pro Max models and Samsung Ultras consistently report their phones stay securely attached even on rough roads and roundabouts. The key, as noted in many YouTube tests, is ensuring a clean, direct metal-to-magnet connection—either via MagSafe or a properly installed metal plate.

Question 4

Can the metal stand scratch my phone or case?

Accepted Answer

It's possible if debris gets between the surfaces. The metal rotor provides the strong hold, but some Reddit users have noted it can leave faint circular marks on clear plastic cases or phone backs if not kept clean. To prevent this, simply wipe both the magnetic ring on your phone/case and the holder's metal contact point with a soft cloth before attaching.

Question 5

What if the suction cup doesn't work in my car? What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If the suction cup fails to mount securely in your vehicle—provided it's on a recommended smooth surface—you are eligible for a full refund or replacement within our standard return window (typically 30 days). Please contact our customer support for assistance. We find this is rare, but it's the main reason for returns, usually due to incompatible dashboard textures.
