Question 1

Is this controller compatible with the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2?

Accepted Answer

The controllers use standard Bluetooth, so they’ll pair with Switch 2 models as long as Nintendo maintains backward compatibility. That said, we haven’t tested pre-release units. For now, they work perfectly with Switch, Switch Lite, and Switch OLED — plus PC, Android, and iOS.

Question 2

Do the screenshot and turbo functions work as advertised?

Accepted Answer

Generally yes. The screenshot button captures gameplay on Switch, and the turbo mode is programmable for rapid button presses — very popular among Mario Kart and shooter players. One note: some users on TikTok have reported the screenshot button doesn’t respond in every game, but the issue seems rare and dependent on title.

Question 3

How long does the battery actually last, and can I play while charging?

Accepted Answer

Expect 5–7 hours of continuous play, which is on the lower side for wireless controllers. They do support USB-C charging while playing, so if you’re near a power source, you can keep the game going. Many parents mention this is fine for kids’ afternoon sessions, but adult gamers often wish for longer life.

Question 4

The controller keeps disconnecting. Is there a fix?

Accepted Answer

Several users solved this by keeping the controller within 15 feet of the console and clearing any large metal objects between them. If the problem persists, try a fresh sync (press and hold the sync button again). This is the most common complaint across reviews — some units simply have weaker Bluetooth antennas, and you may want to test the controller early in your return window.

Question 5

Can I return this if I buy it and it’s too small for my hands?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most sellers on Amazon and major retailers offer a 30-day return window for defects or size issues. Since several adult gamers mentioned these feel better for smaller hands (children or teens), we recommend checking the return policy before purchase. If you need a larger grip, many YouTube reviewers suggest looking at full-size alternatives like the 8BitDo Pro 2.
