Question 1

Will this ring box fit a thick men’s wedding band or a large engagement setting?

Accepted Answer

This box is designed for a single ring with a standard band width (up to about 6mm) and a modest setting height. Many TikTok reviewers noted that thicker men’s bands or high-set solitaires may feel snug or unstable in the slot. If your ring is wider than 6mm or has a tall prong setting, we recommend measuring the ring’s base before purchase.

Question 2

The white finish looks lovely, but does it scratch easily?

Accepted Answer

Several users have mentioned that the painted white exterior is more prone to visible scuffs than darker finishes. It arrives beautifully polished, but daily handling or storage with other items can lead to surface marks. For long-term display, many customers prefer the natural wood version or keep the box in a soft pouch when traveling.

Question 3

Is this box meant for a proposal, or can I use it daily for storage?

Accepted Answer

It excels as a proposal or ceremony box – it’s compact, photogenic, and easy to slip into a pocket. However, for daily ring storage, some users found the hinge lid less secure over time and the single slot limiting. If you plan to use it every day, consider handling it gently and storing it in a drawer. For heavy daily use, a box with a magnetic closure or two slots might be a better fit.

Question 4

The box looks small in the photos – what are the exact dimensions?

Accepted Answer

The box measures approximately [insert dimensions if available, or common estimate: 2.5” x 2.5” x 1.5”]. It holds exactly one ring in a single slot – not two. This size is intentional for portability and minimalist elegance, but we encourage checking the dimensions against your ring size expectations, especially if you were hoping for a dual-ring holder.

Question 5

What if the hinge breaks or the box arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

We stand behind our product and offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. If the hinge is misaligned or the box arrives scratched, contact our support team with a photo – we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund. For longer-term durability, avoid overextending the lid backward, as this strains the hinge mechanism.
