Question 1

Is this keyboard truly "creamy" sounding, or is that just marketing hype?

Accepted Answer

Many users describe the sound as a light "marbly" clack rather than a deep, silent creaminess. The gasket mount adds bounce and dampens some hollowness, but if you're expecting a $200 custom-level acoustic, you'll find it pleasant—not premium. TikTok reviewers often note it's "good for the price, not life-changing."

Question 2

Does it work seamlessly with Mac, or do I need extra software?

Accepted Answer

The keyboard works wirelessly via Bluetooth and USB-C on Mac right out of the box. However, the dedicated software for custom key mapping and RGB effects is Windows-only. Mac users can use basic functions without software but will miss out on remapping F-keys or macros. This is a common point of frustration among macOS-first users in online forums.

Question 3

How reliable is the 2.4GHz wireless connection?

Accepted Answer

Most users report stable Bluetooth, but the 2.4GHz dongle has intermittent reports of missed keystrokes or short disconnects—especially when the receiver is plugged into a USB hub or behind a metal desk. For competitive gaming, a wired USB-C connection is recommended for zero latency.

Question 4

Will the keycaps last, or do the legends fade quickly?

Accepted Answer

The double-shot PBT keycaps are thicker than typical budget ABS caps, which is a plus for durability. However, some heavy typists report slight fading on frequently-used letter keys after 3–4 months of daily 8-hour use. The RGB underglow remains visible even if legends wear, as the caps have translucent legends for shine-through.

Question 5

Who would this keyboard be a bad fit for?

Accepted Answer

This board is less ideal for three groups: (1) macOS power users who need full key remapping without workarounds, (2) sound purists chasing a deep "thock" or silent office typing, and (3) those needing 100% wireless reliability for competitive gaming. If you prioritize customizable firmware (QMK/VIA) or true silent switches, alternatives like the Keychron K6 Pro or NuPhy Air75 are better fits.
